Although Jack de Mello and the Waikiki Brass Visit Tijuana is strictly humorous fare, there is significant payoff; only the last two tracks on side one are dismissable. There are fairly straightfoward covers, such as "South of the Border," "Strangers in the Night," and "Spanish Eyes."8/

Duke At Waikiki Ref. No.: ** ** Size: 48" x 60" ** Inspiration: To do this painting of Duke took a lot of setup vigorvoshakarkajill.xyzinfong early at am, I dropped off my canvas and easel at the Beach as the beach boys watched it and parked about a quarter mile down the road at Kapiolani Park and I set up directly in front of the Duke Kahanamoku statue.

Welcome to Waikiki. Then: Waikiki means “spouting water” in Hawaiian. It was once a more tranquil area dotted with humble bungalows and beach houses, far from the hubbub of Honolulu. The world began to take notice of Waikiki as a vacation destination .
