hands of the Fudge. Even Dusty Springfield’s version doesn’t tap the emotional well as deeply as this one. It’s a shame the two tracks from Mystery, Vanilla Fudge’s reunion album, add little value to the set. The production is 80s style slick and lacks the visceral firepower so .

A ranking and review of the studio albums by notable keyboard rockers Vanilla Fudge! This band were the key American link between psychedelia and metal, and one of the most unique acts to influence the boom of late 60s British hard rock! I have included the albums that Bogert and Appice did with Cactus and Jeff Beck too! Enjoy!

Vanilla Fudge took a more basic stance with Rock 'n' Roll, bringing in Aerosmith's first and the Velvet Underground's last producer, Adrian Barber, to replace Shadow Morton. Guitarist Vinnie Martell sings lead on "Need Love," and it is a quagmire of rock sounds, offset by Mark Stein's "Lord in the Country.".

ROCK & ROLL was ORIGINALLY a typical Vanilla Fudge album. Their extended length covers ("Windmills Of Your Mind" and "If You Gotta Make A Fool Of Somebody") had representation, as did painful introspection ("I Can't Make It Alone" and "Church Bells Of St. Martin's")/5(23).
