Mar 29,  · Hey Boo Jams are sold mostly throughout the Bay Area, but you can order online and try their other flavors like Mango Coconut and Coconut Caramel. Coconut jam is incredible on just about anything that is edible, but my favorite way is still on toast with butter paired with runny eggs.

Hey Boo's Cristina Widjaja cooks up her take on the wildly popular Indonesian spread of her childhood in her new hometown, San Francisco, California. These sweet little jars of coconut jam are made by slowly cooking eggs, sugar and coconut milk to creamy, spreadable perfection.

Anyone who has seen Monty Python and the Search for the Holy Grail knows that coconut shells are the best way to make the sound of a galloping horse. If you haven't seen this yet, here it is. All you have to do is take two halves of a coconut and hit them together.
